【お知らせ】アザラシの赤ちゃん誕生!!（マリンピア日本海）

2025年4月4日に新潟県にある水族館「マリンピア日本海」でゴマフアザラシの赤ちゃんが生まれました。

マリンピア日本海でゴマフアザラシが出産するのは６年ぶりで、白い体毛に包まれた愛らしい姿は来館する多くの人を釘付けにしました。



赤ちゃんが生まれたのは４日の10時頃で、性別はメス、出生時の身長が83センチ、体重は11キロでした。

母親の「きなこ」は秋田県の男鹿水族館GAOの出身で、今年で８歳になります。

また、生まれた赤ちゃんはきなこにとって第一子になります。



アザラシの赤ちゃんはお母さんを呼ぶために大きな声で鳴いたり、手足をばたつかせて元気な姿を見せてくれました。

２日目にはプールの中で泳ぎまわり、母アザラシからもお乳をもらい体重も１.5キロ増えて順調に成長しています。




ゴマフアザラシの赤ちゃんの特徴である白い体毛は、生後２～３週間程度で抜け落ちてしまいます。ぜひ、この機会にご覧にお越しください (^-^)

      I use a contracted server to back up my data.
      There are also plugins for security in WordPress, so give them a try (^-^)
